Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mehmet ERSOY

Associate Professor Mehmet ERSOY was born in Mersin in 1983. He completed his undergraduate education at Abant İzzet Baysal University, Faculty of Education, Primary Mathematics Teaching Programme in 2006. In 2009, he completed his master's degree in Eskisehir Osmangazi University Institute of Science and Technology, Department of Elementary Education, Division of Mathematics Education, and in 2013, he completed his doctorate degree in Anadolu University Institute of Educational Sciences, Department of Computer Education and Instructional Technologies. He has scientific articles, book chapters, many papers, and project assignments on generative pedagogy, design pedagogy, distance education, instructional design, mathematics education and psychosocial effects of technology on learner experiences. Since 2022, he has been working as a faculty member in Eskişehir Osmangazi University Faculty of Education, Department of Educational Sciences, Department of Instructional Technologies; since the same year, he has been working as the Director of Distance Education Application and Research Centre; and since 2024 he has been working as the Vice Dean.

Ayşe Dönmez (Asst. Prof. Dr.)

Dönmez completed her master's degree in Educational Administration program in 2010 and completed her doctoral education in 2018.  Dönmez, who has articles published in various national and international journals related to educational sciences and papers presented in congresses, has research interests in adult education, higher education management, school violence, leadership, organizational structure and behavior. She is currently working as assistant professor at Eskişehir Osmangazi University, Faculty of Education, Department of Educational Sciences.
